Get unstuck in your racial equity work.

Nonprofit coaching. Meaningful goals. Solutions-focused action.

Most white leaders want to lead racially equitable organizations but get stuck when trying to implement real change. We generally know what we need to work on but may not have the bandwidth to focus on a dedicated racial equity roadmap that moves this work forward.

That's where I come in. I'm a white leader who developed and implemented a roadmap to get from talking about racial equity to implementing organizational policies and practices that are racially equitable. Now I coach leaders who are committed to racial equity.

I focus on the why of racial equity (personally and organizationally), the how to develop your racial equity work plan, and the tools that can help assess teams and the organization in its ongoing racial equity work.

Our work is one part conversation and two parts inspiration. We move beyond stuck to action and, sometimes, to transformation.

We are all smarter in conversation than we are alone. So let's talk.

Here are some things I’ve learned that could help you.

Your team is your mission.

Racial equity is the responsibility of white leaders and white supremacy is often at the root of organizational issues.

Racial equity must be your personal and professional north star - the throughline in all that you do.

Leaders use their power to provide opportunity, growth, and shared power to their team.

Discomfort is growth. Failure is also growth. Accountability is a gift.

Everything is solvable - but there are many ways to get to the best solution.

The work is way more fun when you love your team.

A sense of humor and humility help a lot.
